1. Vehicle and Key Information

The customer must make sure that the vehicle details and key type are correct before confirming the order.

2. Programming and Key Cutting

Some keys require programming or blade cutting depending on the vehicle, and programming availability may vary from one vehicle to another.

3. Customized Products

Keys or remotes that have been programmed, cut, or specially prepared for the customer cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect.

4. Vehicle Ownership

The customer confirms that they are the vehicle owner or legally authorized to request the key or programming service.

5. Prices and Charges

Prices do not include additional charges not shown in the order, such as shipping or extra programming services.

6. Delivery and Inspection

The customer should inspect the product upon delivery and report any damage or incorrect item as soon as possible.

7. Warranty

Warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not cover misuse, breakage, water damage, incorrect installation, or vehicle-related problems.

8. Product Images

Product images or packaging may differ slightly from the displayed images while maintaining the same main specifications.

9. Acceptance

Completing the order or payment means that the customer agrees to these Terms and Conditions.

10. Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are subject to the applicable laws of the State of Kuwait.
